I. General conditions

The terms used in Dacza Puchacza Regulations have the following meaning:

1. The Issuer shall provide the Voucher to the Buyer (via e-mail) and to accept it for use at Dacza Puchacza, Stare Osieczno 30, 65-522, Stare Osieczno.
2. The Buyer undertakes to pay for the Voucher in the amount equal to the nominal value of the Voucher.
3. The Voucher can only be used at Dacza Puchacza site, in accordance with the details in the Voucher or up to the amount specified in the Voucher.
4. The Voucher is non-refundable and may not be exchanged for cash.
5. The Voucher must be redeemed once and in full.
6. The expiry date of the Voucher is indicated on the Voucher. It may not be longer than 6 months of the date of its purchase.

II. The rules for using the Voucher

1. The Holder of the Voucher will book the date of redeeming the Voucher via www.daczapuchacza.pl, by e-mail ([email protected]) or by phone: +48 506 109 229.
2. If the Holder fails to use the Voucher in whole the remaining amount shall not be reimbursed.
3. The Holder shall pay the price difference in cash or by bank transfer when the value of the service provided is higher than the value of the presented Voucher or the Voucher does not cover a specific service.
4. Dacza Puchacza may refuse to redeem the Voucher when its validity period has expired.
5. Booking date may be changed up to 14 days before arrival. Otherwise, the Voucher expires.

III. Voucher settlements and complaints

1. The Buyer may receive a VAT invoice when purchasing the Voucher.
2. Any complaints related to the payment for goods and/or services using the Voucher will be considered by Dacza Puchacza at the request of the Buyer or the Holder, after submitting a written complaint.
3. A complaint about goods or services may be settled based on the e-mail confirmation of the purchase of the Voucher.

IV. Final provisions

1. Having obtained the Voucher the Buyer or/and the Holder declares that they have read and accepted the content of these Regulations in its entirety and undertake to comply with its provisions.
2. By redeeming the Voucher, the User confirms the order to use it, to the extent specified in the Regulations.
3. The content of these Regulations is available on the website at www.daczapuchacza.pl/vouchery-i-pakiety/, Dacza Puchacza will provide the Regulations to the Buyer and/or the Holder at their every request.
4. Dacza Puchacza reserves the right to change the Regulations, provided that this does not violate the already acquired rights of Buyers and / or Holders. Any changes to the content of the Regulations shall be updated on an ongoing basis and made available at www.daczapuchacza.pl.
5. To all matters not settled in these Regulations the relevant provisions of the Civil Code shall apply.
